Position Overview: As a Business Process Engineer, you will be a pivotal executioner in our growth strategy. Your role involves understanding and addressing client needs, offering comprehensive solutions, and providing exceptional support throughout the client engagement process.
This position requires proactive engagement in creating new business proposals, conducting efficiency studies, and strategically identifying and securing valuable business opportunities. You will be instrumental in maintaining an up-to-date database of prospective clients, delivering impactful presentations, and contributing to the overall success of our business development initiatives.
Job Description & Responsibilities:

​ Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.

​Support in writing new business proposals. ​

Prepare cycle time calculations, line balancing, efficiency study, capacity planning & analysis. Curating business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; and developing customized targeted sales strategies.

Keep prospective client database updated along with proposal MIS.

Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.

Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.

Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills required:​
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Understanding of industrial automation, welding processes, machining processes, and working of manufacturing industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must be able to create good presentations.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Adobe Illustrator / Premiere Pro are a bonus.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
